IGPC started as a hobby many years ago based in Fakenham, Norfolk building and repairing computers, setting up Internet connections, voip,troubleshooting,training and general advice for friends, family and collegues. Over the years I have become increasingly frustrated at how the "giants" of the computer retail industry oversell and have little support knowledge of their clients.
My aim is simple, to provide a solution to the above issues by dealing on a personal basis to clients either in their own home/business or remotely

Broadband Setup
IGPC is NOT a reseller of Broadband packages that way advice is totally unbiased. Not only can I advise as to which provider and package is best for you, but also process and set up the connection including installation (wireless etc) and supply of any hardware required* subject to 25 mile radius of Fakenham (up to and including Norwich).
Hosting and Design
IGPC takes the strain from you with a clear and concise hosting deal including personal email adresses and expandable bandwidth. Servers are based in the UK housed in the Bluesquare data centre in Maidenhead ensuring your site responds fast to the UK and global traffic
Repairs, upgrades and Software Installation
IGPC understand that a a failed computer can be devasting for people who rely on it, perhaps family photo's and valuble documents are on it. I can recover and restore most files and photos off a failed machine (or indeed accidently deleted files) and repair if required.
If your computer is just so choked up it is grinding to a halt I can also erase and re-install Windows
